With more than a decade of experience leading dynamic teams in HR, operations, and support, I partner with founders of early-to-mid stage startups to build people-focused, scalable foundations, from culture and hiring to process and performance.

I began my career in thriving organizational environments and grew into multifaceted operational roles, guiding startups through hiring, performance systems, international employment, and strategic transitions. I have helped companies navigate growth, change, and the messy middle that comes with scaling something great. Along the way, I have led teams across North America, South America, Europe, and Southeast Asia, learning how to build strong, compliant, people-first foundations no matter the timezone or cultural context.

Through it all, one thing has stayed the same: I love the early days. The scrappy, high impact, “let’s figure it out” moments. The challenge of taking big ideas and turning them into sustainable, scalable systems. Now, I am doing what I love most, helping founders access seasoned HR and operations leadership without the cost of a full time hire. I work alongside leadership teams to put the right structures in place so you can focus on growth, knowing your people, processes, and compliance are rock solid.

When I am not building people strategies, you will probably find me baking, traveling, or spoiling my two sweet Labradors, Iris and Violet.
